ALL sales are FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the merchant. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings atatched before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.
Please Note: once products have been shipped, Simply Silk is not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, Simply Silk is not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
Simply Silk reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of the company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.
When will my order ship?
All orders ta 3-4 days to process. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will recieve an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays due to COVID-19.
How do I track my order?
Simply Silk uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If I order online, can I pick it up?
At this moment, product pickup is only reserved for Simply Silk clients that recieve services. Customers that don't recieve hair services must recieve their products throught the mail. Book a Simply Silk services today to experience our personal hair experience and shopping.
